Hiring Admin Accounts Assistant

Job Scope:
- Carry out day to day administrative duties and responsibilities when assigned
- To help out in customer service if required.
- Prepare quarterly GST return and assist in generating accounting reports
- Performing simple accounts receivables and payables duties
- Simple bookkeeping duties (daily transactions, payment vouchers and process cheque payment)
- Assisting with Sales documentation (Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, Quotations and Invoices etc)
- Providing logistics support (tracking shipments, arranging deliveries, sending emails)
- Assist in subsidiary coy
Requirements:
- Good spoken and written English required
- Good computer skills required - knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Basic knowledge in basic bookkeeping is an added advantage
- N/O level graduates - min 2 years full time working experience required
- NITEC and certificate holders - min 2 years full time working experience required
- For the candidates with no experience, they should possess keenness to learn
- Must be willing to do research on tender procedures and government regulations
- Must be willing to work in the west.
Working Hours:
- Mon to Fri
- 10am to 6pm
